Frequently Asked Questions

What exactly is the Owner Command Center? One system with three functions: your website captures every lead (Capture), AI loops classify them and draft follow-ups for your approval (Close), and a private dashboard plus a Monday Brief tells you what to do next (Command). It replaces the gap between your website, your inbox, and your gut.

What do I actually own after a project? Everything. Source code, data, infrastructure, API keys, documentation. You can modify it, hand it to another developer, or run it without us forever. Ownership is written into the project agreement.

I can't code. What does "owning the source" actually do for me? Three things. You can never be held hostage — any competent developer can take over. Your costs can never be jacked up — there's no platform to raise prices on you. And your data never lives in someone else's product. Owning the source is insurance, not homework.

What does it cost to run? Hosting is ~$0 on Cloudflare. You pay AI usage directly to providers — typically well under $100/month at small-business volume. There are no Binary Rogue platform fees. We put this in writing because "low ongoing cost" usually hides something. Ours doesn't.

What happens when something breaks? First 30 days: we fix it free — that's the guarantee. After that: Managed Operations (from $500/mo) if you want us watching it, or on-demand support at $200/hour with no retainer. Or your own developer fixes it, because you own the code. Every system also escalates its own failures — silent breakage is a design defect we don't ship.

Why not just use a SaaS tool or a chatbot? SaaS rents you a feature; the price goes up and the data stays theirs. Chatbots answer questions; they don't chase your quotes or tell you Monday morning what's going stale. The Command Center is a system that works your pipeline — and it's yours.

Will AI send things to my customers without me knowing? Not unless you tell it to. Every build has approval gates: what AI does alone, what it drafts for your sign-off, what it escalates, what it never touches. Everything is logged. Most owners start with "draft everything, send nothing" and loosen the gates as trust builds.

How long does a build take? Most Command Centers ship in 2–3 weeks after the audit. You watch the whole build — nothing happens in the dark.

How is this different from other AI agencies? Most agencies sell prompts, chatbots, or a catalog of disconnected services. We build one named system with verification and escalation built in — and we run Binary Rogue on the same loops we sell. Ask any other shop what they run their own pipeline on.

Do you work with businesses outside Detroit? Yes. We're Detroit-based and work with service businesses anywhere.

How do we start? Book the audit call. We research your business before we speak. The Command Audit is $1,500, credited in full toward any build — and the teardown is yours to keep either way.
