• Interest and service category selections — chosen by you through estimate forms on multiple pages to help us understand your needs.
• Quiz responses — including industry, team size, and operational pain points submitted through our AI Assessment quiz.
• Chat widget messages — messages you submit through our on-site chat widget.
• Usage data via Google Analytics (GA4) — page views, navigation paths, device type, browser, operating system, general geographic region, and referral source. This data is only collected if you accept cookies.
• Technical data collected by Cloudflare — IP address, browser type, and pages visited, automatically collected as part of hosting and security.

Cookies & Local Storage

This site uses a small number of cookies and local storage entries:

• Google Analytics cookies — GA4 sets cookies (like _ga and _ga_*) to distinguish unique visitors and track sessions. These are first-party cookies tied to this domain. These cookies are only set if you accept cookies via the consent banner.

Binary Rogue is a static site with no user accounts. We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to your inquiries and estimate requests
• Send you updates if you subscribe to our mailing list — never sold, never shared, never traded. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• Understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it (via analytics, only with your consent)
• Provide and secure the site (via Cloudflare)

Client Project Data

When we build something for you — an AI system, a site, an app — your project data stays on your infrastructure. We deploy to your servers or your cloud accounts. After handoff, we don't retain access to your data unless you explicitly grant it for support purposes. Your code, your data, your property.

Third-Party Services

This site relies on the following third-party services:

• Google Analytics (GA4) — For website analytics, gated behind cookie consent. Google's privacy policy applies to data they process. Google Privacy Policy

• Cloudflare logs — governed by Cloudflare's data retention policy.

Children's Privacy

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

AI and Automated Processing

Our chat widget uses automated processing to respond to inquiries. No automated decision-making with legal or significant effects is performed based on your data. Client project data is handled under separate service agreements.
